disneyland vacation?

I am trying to plan a vacation to disneyland in september for my family and i. does anyone know any sites that have good vacation packages?

3. Go on the Disneyland Website. They have hotel packages that include two day park hopper passes. There is Disneyland and California Adventure.

5. I Love Disneyland! I would recommend going during the week instead of on a weekend. Try googling Disney Discounts. One of the links is MouseSavers.Com which has lots of discount information for Disneyworld and Disneyland. They also provide great information for shortcuts etc. One of the best things we did was go to ridemax.com and purchase the software (really cheap) that builds an itenary for you. It rocked!!!! We had so much fun going to Disneyland and Disney California and were actually ahead of schedule because we were there in January. It was worth the $14 not to stand in line forever. 6. mouseplanet.com is a great place to buy your tickets, you can also get other parks too. Check them out, you may pay less in the long run to buy a large pack including tickets for parks you wont use (you can sell them on ebay or craigslist.) 10 of us went to Disneyland last year, and buying tickets this way saved everyone almost $50 each, just for Disney! you can buy from Disneyland.com too, cheaper than buying at the gate. I don't recommend buying the tickets when you get your airline tix, you can find them cheaper by looking. Fly into Orange County airport also (John Wayne). Usually a few dollars less than LAX, MUCH closer (about 15 mins from Disney, LAX is 40mins and dirty) Take a shuttle bus or taxi from airport, you don't need a car unless you want to go many places. I only use shuttle buses for everything, its cheaper and so less frustrating than rental cars. Stay at a hotel close to Disney, the Disney hotels are nice, but very pricey, and you really just use them to sleep in. Why pay alot more to sleep? I've been several times with 4 kids and always find a cheaper way to do things. Also, when buying souveniers, buy when you can from the minute marts all over the Disney strip area- it's Disney merchandise, same stuff you get inside Disneyland gates, and so much cheaper. We bought T-shirts for $8 at a little mart, same shirt inside the gate were $22. EXACT SAME shirt, right down to the label. We only buy our Disney Xmas ornaments inside the gates, in a great shop in the New Orleans area. all other goodies from outside the parks. And dont' be afraid to take a backpack with water and snacks, they say no, but we always do and never have any trouble. Have fun!
7. If you are planning on staying onsite: You can go onto www.disneyland.com to look for vacation packages. AAA also has packages. I think Costco and Sam's Club might have packages too.If you plan to come often you can buy an annual pass. Then next year you can plan your vacation one month earlier that way you can still use your annual pass. They also offer cheaper room rates to annual passholders. You can also check Ebay for cheaper tickets. If you decide to stay offsite: Try to find a hotel off of South Harbor north of Disney Way and south of South Manchester. There are a lot of smaller hotels there. That is nearer the main gate. They also have IHOP, McDonalds and a few other restaurants in close walking distance. If you stay here you will be closer to the main gate than the people who park and ride the tram in. My friend stayed at one off of W. Katella and she said it was a long walk to the park. Unless you want to stay at one that has a shuttle...but then you have to rely on their timing. You can also get into the park off of South Disneyland Drive but that is where all of the Disney Resorts are. You could drive and park but keep in mind parking onsite at Disneyland is $11 a day Another thought is a time share. You can get free tickets and cheap stay but you have to go watch their presentations.
