What are the different dimensions theorized today?

So there's the obvious 3, some say time is the 4th, so what others are there in theory today?

1. try reading up on the string theory. that theory is about dimensions.
2. yes (^^), String theory and M-theory suggest there are perhaps 10 - 11 or more dimetions. 3 Spacial, 1 of time and the other 6-7+ are found to be wrapped up in the spacial dimentions. eg, a hosepipe looks like a one dimentional line from a long distance, but actually it is a two dimentional object. PS. iv only read a bit on string theory.
