- You're kidding, right? Disney all the way.
- If your youngest is 16 then you should skip the extreme kiddy stuff. If youve never been to the Magic Kingdom, just go because its something everyone should do once. Then hit Universal Islands of Adventure, there are alot of great coasters, Then Wet and Wild a fun waterpark. Then you got to hit Daytona beach, stop by the outlet malls and youll have a pretty great time...Dont forget to hit the nightlife downtown..
- MGM
- Try www.travelcitydirect.co.uk as they do some great park tickets, and promise that they won't be beaten on price. Disney is fantastic, and not just for kids ;-) . Universal Studios is cool, as is Seaworld, and full of scary rides. There is also a Disney park, Discovery Cove where you can swim with dolphins. If you are hiring a car, it is well worth a trip down to Tampa to Bush Gardens. It is brilliant - just google it and you will see! I am 23 myself, so hopefully we will have similar interests! If you need any advice, or have any more questions, just send me a message, as my family live in Tampa and Bradenton so we visit Florida all the time - it's like our 2nd home!
- Disneyworld (4 great parks)!!!
- You can usally buy a multi-park pass for your trip usally less than paying at the gate. If you look on line you can usally find good deals, depending where u r staying in the lobbies they have booths set up as well where you can save as well. as for the parks, definately Disney with Seaworld comming in a close second (if you like animals) then universal and the opthers after. Most of the parks That i have been to in orlando are good. Have a good time
- Hi there Simply put there all great! Sorry but its true they really are! I've been 5 times now and they still have something new to offer every time i visit. You have to see magic kingdom just for main street alone, Epcot for the world showcase, Hollywood MGM for Areosmith ride, Universal for the mummy, island of adventure for spider man etc. I could go on and on. Tickets are cheaper on line that's for sure plus you don't have to wait around at the ticket boxes which can take a while at peak times. 7 days isn't a long time so i would miss out bush gardens as its quite trip out so save that for another time. Cram it all in! Get your park maps, Get your fast passes, Get to the parks when they first open, run to the rides that are coaster types to get to the front of the queues or you could be waiting hours. Its great you will be knacked after 7 days! And dont forget to visit downtown disney too! Best wishes idai
- My hotel sold the passes/tickets. Probably all the major hotels do ( this is for Disney) I didnt trust buying them in those booths along the streets in Kissimee (where Disney World is..Orlando is the airport you fly into ) . Buying tickets at Disney was more expensive " for me " anyway. Be sure to send for this book. They have scads of coupons for the parks and hotels. I stayed at Days Inn for 27.00 per night. Just outside the front gate. Dont pay big money for a hotel. Youre never there except to shower, sleep and take off again http://www.floridakiss.com/tools/requestinfo/index.php My favorite ride Aerosmith's RockNRollercoaster at MGM Disney World.
- Checkout this website http://www.123world.com/orlando for a whole list of things in Orlando.
- Universal Studios Islands of Adventure (Part of Universal Studios) Magic Kingdom Animal Kingdom Typhoon Lagoon MGM Studios Epcot. Most of the parks have evening shows too, make sure you go to some of them too as they're fantastic - particularly 'IllumiNations' at Epcot, 'SpectroMagic' at Magic Kindom and 'Fantasmic' at MGM Studios.
- busch gardens or universal studios disney more for kids get theme park tickets before u go
- Based on age I would recomend you visit Islands Of Adventure, and Universal Studios. They both offer interesting activities for visitors of all ages as opposed to Disney which mainly focuses on the wants of the younger child. Depending on what time of year you plan to go I would 100% recomend that you visit Wet n' Wild. You get away from long lines and this is a must for most locals. (keep in mind, because of the ideal climate, that water parks in Orlando stay open much longer during the year than parks in other parts of the world. As to the question on whether you should get your tickets before leaving or during your stay in Orlando: tickets can be purchased online for generally all theme parks included all of the ones I've mentioned. It is not recommended that you wait until the day the you want to visit to purchase tickets but if necessary it can be done at ticket counters at the entrance to the park. The lines at these ticket counters are generally very long but maybe shorter on an off day. Good luck and I hope you enjoy your trip to Orlando PS: I've attached the websites to the three theme Parks I mentioned.
