I ate way to much on easter today. How should i eat the rest of the way to make sure i dont gain weight?
I usually eat 850-1500 calories a day sometimes more but today i ate sooo many i couldnt even count. I'm 13 and im 5 foot one inch and already weight 115 and dance 5 days a week for 1-4 hours. I also do gymnastics once a week for 3 hours. I dont want to gain any weight so what should i do to make sure i dont because im already trying to lose weight.

- eat only fruits,and veggies and drink only water until you are sure you are back on track
- that one meal isn't going to put a bunch of weight back on you=start tomorrow with your regular diet =anyway being 5 feet 1 inch and 115 isn't going to hurt you having a big meal once in awhile
- i second the fruit and veggies and water thingie. but also want to tell you as a growing kid you should be eating way more than 850 calories, you shouldnt even be going under 1200. please try to get your calories in, just healthily, with protien and milk....
- well it's late so don't eat anything after 8:30 pm if your hungry just have a green salad drink water, and go for a walk around the block if you don't feel like doing exercise
- Chocolate really clogs you up, but it is so good. I would go down with some salad tonight and dont forget fruit in the morning. Keep up the good work and stay healthy.
