  1. I've got mixed feelings, meaning I'm not sure which makes me happier.
  2. I'm happy that our Constitution works after 220+ years. I am worried because I do not support our incoming President's policy proposals. God bless President Bush. God bless President Obama.
  3. I feel really good. No, I'm not sad that Bush is leaving. I hope everything goes well.
  4. No different than yesterday or the day before. The Republicrats win again (sigh).
  5. I don't have space to feel sad about Bush or happy about Obama, I'm too busy feeling worried about the fact that my investments are worth less and less every minute, that my job is exposed to redundancy, and that electricity and food bills are going through the roof.
  6. I feel Great! A wonderful sense of pride being an African American on this historic day and right after MLK Day it could'nt have been written any better in a fairy tale. I understand that just because Obama will put his hand on that bible and be sworn in does'nt mean that this country's problems will magically disappear but to have a fresh pair of eyes and ideas has wonderful possibilities
  7. Am I sad that Bush is saying goodbye? HELL NO!!!!!! I've been waiting for 8 years for this day. He has messed up our country in so many ways, it's about time he's gone. Obama can do many great things for this country. People need to get over his skin color and realize just exactly what he can do to better our country. January 20, 2008 is an AMAZING day for me! =D
  8. I have mixed emotions about it. I'm so unbelievably happy that Bush is leaving office! At the same time I'm happy that Obama beat McCain but it was a lesser of two evils thing for me. I'm worried that people have put WAY too much faith in one man and I fear we're all in for a huge disappointment.
  9. Bush did make mistakes, but he was conservative. i wonder if all of those people will be voting for obama again in four years... maybe they will see that Bush was not all that bad after all.
  10. It's the happiest day ever. I'm so proud that my child (due in April) will live in the lifetime that we have an African-American president. He may not know what's going on but as he gets older he will. And I can't be happier to say that Bush can kick rocks. Bush is the reason the economy is messed up. It's great to have a new beginning.

  12. i don't feel, this election has frozen my blood, bush made some mistakes but all in all he had a rough go of it as soon as he took office, and obama............ha lets just say don't have faith that our problems are over because of him, yeah i agree with the other girl it is like a fairy tale, too good to be true!
  13. Obama is going to march his people right back on the plantation. What could POSSIBLY be happy about that? Socialism buts the poor in their place.. and keeps them there. In the 40's and 50's freedom was growing African American communities into strong, wealthy, REAL Americans. THen welfare showed up.. and the ghettos blossomed and families were destroyed and black men were disrespected and the socialists started winning. African Americans have been sold a load of SHYT! Grow up. End all the government intervention.. they are BUYING YOUR FREAKING VOTES.. and then they get the guilty white vote... god you libs are shameless.. SCREW democrats and Liberals.. and half screw reps and cons who are whiny ass too. god... give us FREEDOM folks.. .GET IT? FREE MARKETS! FREE SPEACH! (destroy PC ism) GROW UP
