Finally Today

How do I find out which files were downloaded today in a folder with many files?

I downloaded some extras today for the Sims 2 and now my game is messing up. I've been downloading files for over 3 months now, but I want to delete all the ones I downloaded today. How do I know which ones I downloaded today? So that I can group them all together and delete them? The folder can only sort by "date modified" ? Please help!

1. Right click in the folder, and under view click list. Then right click again and click either date modifed or modified. If that doesnt help message me.
2. if you put your cursor over the file it usually shows you the date or it may be on the file.
