What countries of today still use torture and interrogation?

Im doing a research project for school and I need to know what countries today still use or (legally) use torture interrogation ? Besides third world countries, a Internet source said that china and germany still do but that could be totally wrong.

1. According to un.org (give the source later) A man named Van Boven, visited SPAIN of october 8th and the system ALLOWS such things as torture and ill treatment to occur. According to Human Rights Watch (www.hrw.org ), the use of torture was documented in the following countries in 2004 and 2005: China, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Malaysia, Morocco, Nepal, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Syria, Turkey, Uganda, and Uzbekistan.
2. its everywhere if you look for it many ppl do many different horrible things and ppl need to work together to put a stop to it
3. Torture interrogation legally applied? I don't know about that but I'm sure all countries do it, even if it's not legal.
4. Usually on a dictatorial regime.
5. I'm sure they all do, it is just kept secret.
