What are tips for making it through today with no sleep?
I currently work at Disney World as Princess Belle. I have to wear hot costumes and be chipper and cheerful. I'm also apart of street performers in Epcot and the Magic Kingdom. Not to mention, I will be doing activities such as swimming today. I have not slept at all and I have to be at work soon. What are tips for making it through today?

- People say that caffeine and energy drinks work, but I have a tolerance built up to that stuff (and narcolepsy). I guess the way to avoid the crash would be to just drink them continuously throughout the day, but I don't know if anyone would recommend that for your health. I think that, unfortunately, this is just going to be a rough day for you. I know that's not what you want to hear, but just try your best, and sleep through what ever classes you can afford to sleep through.

- call in sick and sleep!! lol no i would just drink a lot of caffeine before and throughout the day! good luck!
- go on the COMPUTER then drink icy cold water and spaltter it on ur face!!! It works...... i did it!
- First, splash your face with cold water. Then, have a few cups of coffee, or an energy drink. Run or jump around if you start to feel tired. Good Luck.
