How do I convert a PS3 from an HD television to a normal television?

I hooked my PS3 up to my HD tv for better graphics. I returned it to my normal television and the system turns on but there is no picture or sound. What do I do?

1. Reconnect the composite cable that came with the PS3, and when you press the power button on front of PS3 to turn it on, hold it down until the console beeps. This should reset the video settings.
2. Have the power connected and the switch at the back turned on. Now hold your finger on the power button on the front of the system. Keep holding it on there until it beeps a few times and then switches off (10-20 secs). This will return the display back to the composite cables (red, white, yellow) plug them in turn the system back on and away you go.
3. hold the on button until it beebs twice that will be about 3-5 seconds and will adjust your settings to fit your tv
