I depends if you want a theme park like legoland which is still kinda expensive and hotels are in that area or just take em to a beach somewhere. Kids lov the beach, cornwall is great, but so are some of the beaches a lot nearer to you. A really cool place to take them would be liverpool. There are lots of things to do in the city and outside. Only a few miles away from the centre are the iron men and a cool place to see red squirrels. Kids that age love cute animals. i hope this helps
