Hearing Aids?

My husband has a hard time hearing me when we travel in our truck. On long trips this can be frustrating for both of us. Has anyone purchased one of the cheapy hearing aids, $300ish, and is it worth it? Thanks for input!

1. Your husband is not hard of hearing. He just doesn't listen to you.
2. If it works, it's worth it. If not, get to an ear specialist and audiologist. Could also just be the truck is too noisy, and maybe an intercom system would help--probably found in a motorcycle shop.
3. If he just can't hear you in the truck then maybe you need to get a quieter vehicle.
