Is it possible I can download and save a ABC News video clip?

I would like to save this particular ABC News video clip to my pc, so I'm wondering if there's a good download program that will allow me to do that. Any suggestions besides Mozilla Firefox?

1. yes just download the new real play and when ever you move your corsor over the video it will ask you to download it . may be you have to change the settings... go to realplayer -tools-preferance-right box you will see download and recordings- there click on "enable web download"
