What happened to abc news primetime?

Did Bob Woodruff suffer brain damage in the roadside bomb his vehicle encountered? Will he ever return to abc news? How is he earning a living? Why didn't Elizabeth Vargas stay on as a primetime newscaster? Did she not know she was pregnant when she accepted this position or did she just miss Bob?

1. Mr. Woodward is still not able to return to the news quite yet, he visited Charles Gibson, when Charlie took over World News Tonight. I don't know why Ms Vargas didn't continue on the evening news, perhaps she prefered 20/20 since she is pregnant and it's a more flexible schedule.
2. U GOT TO BE KIDDING. where were u when this happen? he is recoving and in theary for able to be a normal guy...he might return to abc in the future.. elizabeth vargas have a baby and on the maternly leave u need the money to survie that is why she stay there
3. He did sustain some type of brain injury but he will be fine. I was wtahcing ABC news some time back and footage of him returining to ABC news headquarters where he met with his co-workers for the first time since his accident. The report also indicated that he is expected to begin work in the fall. And about elizabeth vargas, she was only a temporary replacment on world news tonight.
