Anyone see Laura Bush complaining about Myanmar last night on ABC news?

Why has she never complained about the total FUBAR her husband wreaked on Katrina. He was playing golf up until 3 days after Katrina because he didn't want to cut his vacation short but he didn't mind cutting short his vacation for Terry Schiavo. If you truly believe in God you must know in your heart that these people don't stand a chance on judgment day and that they do not fear God either because they do not believe in him or they worship someone else.

1. she was NOT complaining, stop making up stories. all she said was she sad that relief couldn't get to the people who needed and she hoped that one they people of Myanmar realize USA was trying to help. Regarding Katrina: It is the repsonsibility of the Governor of LA to get those people out and it was also the reposnibility of the residents to get themselves out too! Government is not your mother- take responsibility for your own life
2. according to bush,he speaks to god daily.this scared the heck out of the British when he said it. "god told me to liberate the people of Iraq".he told them.

4. I'm sorry, but those two comparisons could not be farther from one another. Myanmar screwed themselves. We shouldn't even have offered help after their first refusal. The world wants US money, and cries if we don't dish it out. But when we DO dish it out and we're refused, we still get the short end of the stick, and some of our stupidest citizens don't even understand what's going on!

6. Oh so you want to blame Bush for Katrina. Ok how would you go about doing that? His administration PLEADED with the MAYOR Ray Nagin to evacuate the people. The Mayor is the one to blame, A black DEMOCRAT mayor. This guy had the national guard move his stuff out of the mayors mansion when it was too late. While people were drowning in their home he was more worried about his piano that got stuck on the truck, while they took him away in a helicopter. He was threating the national guard for leaving his piano behind, but you love this guy right? Yeah he's your hero right. You have no idea what the hell you are talking about.
7. Funny, lot of flooding going on right now in the Mid-West, and I don't see as much complaining going on as did in New Orleans, you know why?? Work ethic, some people just buckle down, and get the job done, clean up, do whatever, while others sit back and say "when is someone going to do something??"......
8. I don't know what she was even talking about. Katrina should still be our main focus. It is in the USA. Obama 08!!!!!!!!!
